Bakery Operative - Lochore
39 hours per week
£10.60 per hour
5/7 days - Occasional Sunday work.

In this role, you will be required to stand for long periods, carryout frequent lifting / manual handling (up to 16 kilos), bending, stretching, moving in a very busy environment at a fast pace whilst working to tight deadlines under pressure. You may be exposed to extremes of temperature i.e. hot & cold & flour dust.

Who you are:
You will have previous experience in a production environment.
You will be a positive, motivated, and friendly person who is able to use your own initiative to drive standards and deliver great customer service. You will be a team player, with lots of drive, and an awareness of the positive impact you can have on our customers, and you will go above and beyond what is required and create an inclusive and positive experience for our contractors and colleagues.
By being open, honest and flexible, you will be able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with any of the varied tasks from baking bread to icing cakes - no two days are the same. You will also bring fresh ideas and help us to continuously improve how we do things.
