Learner Engagement Executive


 

The role

Our newly created Learner Engagement Executive role will play a key part in the growth of the organisation. You will be responsible for the advertisement of apprenticeship vacancies, screening of applicants and carry out daily administrative tasks.

This is a broad role, operating in a small team with the potential for progression for the right candidate, as the organisation progresses.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Recruitment

  • Co-ordinate with the onboarding team to support learner enrolment
  • Providing IAG services for learners and applicants
  • Advertise vacancies upon Account Managers and Employers request
  • Pre-screen applicants applying for Apprenticeship vacancies
  • Liaise with account managers/employers over suitable new applicants
  • Provide regular updates and communication to all stakeholders
  • Check the eligibility and entry requirements of applicants
  • Report to Account Managers and Learner Engagement lead on the vacancies due to expire

Administrative tasks

  • Analyse and report on applicants and vacancies
  • Support the wider team with employer transfers and reservations of funding
  • Update spreadsheets and CRM system to ensure data stored is current
  • Respond to applicant enquiries (phone and email)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
