Purpose of the role:
As a Retail Resourcer at Crew Clothing Company, you will work with the HR team and be responsible for bringing new talent into our business, ensuring we are hiring the right people across our retail estate. You will be sourcing and attracting the best talent around to join our business. Understanding who we are, where we came from and where are going will be key so the candidate experience is the best it can be!
Responsibilities:
Support both Store Management teams and Regional Business Managers with recruitment needs for existing and new stores- Responsible for posting store vacancies both on our careers site and external job boards
- Actively source retail candidates for Crew from a variety of sources ensuring both suitability and fit
- Build a talent pool of candidates for high turnover roles in retail
- Carry out targeted head hunting where required
- Drive new ways of attracting talent and use social networking to engage and excite
- Conducting telephone interviews for management vacancies to assess suitability
- Acting as the first point of contact for all stores with regards to their Sales Advisor vacancies
- Assisting with recruiting for new store openings
- Organise any external advertising, focusing on shopping/outlet centres
- Maintain and build relationships with our recruitment partners
- Maintain consistency and quality of all recruitment activity from start to finish, ensuring this is also best practice of internal managers and key partners alike
- Reporting into the Junior Talent Business Partner to keep updated on progress with sourcing candidates
