Role: Waste & Recycling Operative
Rate: £11.95 (£13.66 for Saturdays)
Time: 7 am until 4.00 pm (48 hours per week)
Days: Monday – Saturday

Job purpose:
The Waste & Recycling Team member’s role is to service the bins and bin stores across the campus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high standards are always kept and that both our guests and the team can enjoy the park in a clean and safe manner.
- Transportation of Euro bins from various compactor sheds using the Bradshaw tow truck.
- Disposing, weighing, documenting and capturing all waste and information pertaining to the volumes generated from each guest company on the campus.
- Reporting on contaminations of the waste streams
- Working with the management team to establish and develop an innovative and award-winning approach to waste management.
- Collating and logging checklists and actioning any issues as part of the reporting procedure.
- Ensuring that the cleaning standards are always followed as per the specification.
- Maintaining safe working practices, using correct signage and ensure a safe approach is always maintained.
- Fully conversant with house rule and regulations, emergency procedures, SOP’s and COSHH
- Exercise and promote the Chiswick Park vision and values.
