Reporting to the Senior Admin Officer, the post holder will provide operational and reception support to the Youth Justice Service in Redbridge.
The post holder will support reception and be the first point of contact for enquiries within the reception area from the public or by telephone.
To assist with and answer all incoming telephone enquiries and greet visitors in the reception area. On occasions this involves liaising with challenging clients in the reception area.
To respond to queries from and liaise with other staff, the public, and external agencies such as the Police, Probation, Health and Education as appropriate. This may involve checking the information database.
